The gift of goodies has caged them in

kind and clement ways. In the jewels

of generosity lie mainsprings to many

freedoms. Their gait has carriage of

a coryphée: speech is songlike. In its

lilt is fruition of His unsigned memos.


SANJEEV SETHI is the author of three well-received books of poetry. His most recent collection is This Summer and That Summer (Bloomsbury, 2015).
