Shut your Mouth by Mark Potts

Eat;

don’t chat!

Mouths,

not an open viewing;

You’ll have me spewing.

Shut your mouth.

Breakfast,

chew and swallow;

Don’t want,

to see what;

It’ll look like tomorrow.

Shut your mouth.

Muffle,

the crunch;

Super,

tea,

dinner,

brunch.

Hear the shout;

Shut your mouth.

Lots of noise, when you;

Chew, chew,

I’m not joking,

Crisps are noisy.

When you eat,

With it open.

Shut your mouth.

Keep it shut,

Silently chew;

Piggy noises,

don’t suit you.

Keep it shut;

Swallow it down,

With a closed smile,

not open frown,

Don’t want to see,

what’s going around;

Shut your mouth.

Your food,

mixing mouth,

with sound

Don’t spit,

your chat at me.

Keep it up,

don’t forget,

Closed mouth eating,

etiquette.
